My days are usually Daily Routine , though no two are exactly alike. This part is my attempt to average out what a typical day looks like for me, as you’ve been asking to see this. Let’s dive into it!
Morning Routine
Good morning! My day starts with heading downstairs to make a hot cup of tea. I absolutely love Tiny Tea by Your Tea. It’s been a game-changer for me—it boosts my energy, supports digestion, and even helps with skin clarity. It’s honestly my favorite way to kickstart the day. I pair it with a breakfast that includes protein, healthy fats, and some type of fruit. Today, it was grapefruit, but sometimes I go for strawberries or blueberries.
After breakfast, I take my supplements and spend a few minutes reading my devotional.
Getting Ready
I recently bought a new shower cap (for fun!) and decided to treat myself to a full hair wash today. I use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner that’s gentle on my scalp and protects my hair color. The conditioner smells like coconut—it’s divine! After washing, I apply a macadamia oil shine treatment that leaves my hair soft, shiny, and easy to manage.
Next, I move on to my skincare and makeup. My makeup routine is simple but effective: spray primer, Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation, Too Faced Chocolate Bronzer for contour, NARS blush, a touch of highlighter, and two coats of mascara. I also fill in my brows and use a bright lip color blended with a neutral liner for a natural yet polished look. Finally,Daily Routine I braid my hair to let it dry naturally, which is healthier than using heat.
Packing My Bag
Once I’m ready, I pack my essentials for the day: my journal, the current book I’m reading (Experiencing God), my Bible, wallet, pens, laptop, charger, and personal training study materials. Everything fits snugly in my bag, and I’m off!
At the Coffee Shop
One of my favorite parts of the day is stopping by my go-to coffee shop. My usual order? A café au lait with almond milk, stevia, and cinnamon—it’s so good! While sipping my drink, I dive into journaling, reading, and studying for my personal trainer exam.
Afterwards, I spend hours editing videos. Editing is a significant part of my day—it’s both challenging and rewarding. I usually snack on a bowl of fresh berries to keep my energy up before heading home for a late lunch.
Afternoon Workout
After lunch, Daily Routine it’s time to work out. I work out every day, either in the morning or afternoon. Today, my workout buddy and I hit the beach stairs for a circuit session. We mixed it up with plyometric exercises, including box jumps on benches, and ended with a good stretch. On other days, we hit the gym for circuit training.

A Little Encouragement
